NHS SCHEME HAS BEEN AWARDED A PLACE ON TWO LOTS OF ESPO’S STAFF BENEFITS (319_23) FRAMEWORK.

NHS Fleet Solutions, a public sector salary sacrifice scheme, has been awarded a place on two Lots of ESPO’s Staff Benefits (319_23) framework for both their lease car and home electronics schemes.

ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation (PBO), specialising in providing a wide range of goods and services to the public sector for over 40 years.

NHS Fleet Solutions has been providing exclusive staff benefits schemes for NHS and public sector organisations for over 20 years. As an integral part of one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country, this makes the company proudly part of the public sector.

The car leasing scheme was introduced in 2003, offering a cost-effective way for employees to lease a new car of their choice via monthly salary sacrifice. The home electronics scheme was launched in 2011 in association with UK tech retailer, Currys. Offering employees access to over 5,000 home electronic products that they can spread the cost of over 12 or 24 months.

Unlike those in the private sector who offer similar services, all surplus income from the scheme remains within the public sector, helping to fund front-line NHS services.
